Pat Zapletal-Murphy
geboren 1970 in Tschechien, ist eine der bekanntesten Fitnesstrainerinnen Österreichs. Sie studierte nebenbei Publizistik und ist ausgebildete Psychotherapeutin mit eigener Praxis. Bisher schrieb sie insgesamt sechs Bücher zum Thema Fitness.
